Trials

The 24-hour Origine TV trial is free. No payment is collected for trial access.

Cancellations

You may choose not to renew when a plan ends. Mid-cycle cancellations do not automatically generate partial refunds unless agreed in writing by Origine TV support.

Refund requests

If activation fails due to a verified issue on our side and we cannot restore service, contact support@originetvs.com or WhatsApp within 24 hours of purchase for review.

Chargebacks

Please contact Origine TV before filing a dispute so we can resolve delivery or access problems quickly.
